Residence Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the property, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, sales, and front office functions
• Lead and manage the team to ensure consistent delivery of high service standards
• Actively drive sales through corporate outreach, including cold calling, client visits, and relationship building
• Identify and develop new corporate accounts to increase occupancy and revenue
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and corporate clients to ensure smooth operations and partnerships
• Respond to booking inquiries, confirm reservations, prepare contracts, and issue payment for booking confirmations
• Prepare and manage arrivals and departures arrangements
• Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory controls to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and fully operational at all times
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments, public areas, and facilities
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Prepare reports on occupancy, maintenance issues, guest feedback, and operational KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in serviced apartments or hospitality
• Experience in sales, corporate account management, or business development is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of online travel agencies (OTAs) and inventory management systems
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
