Job Summary
Provide attentive and personalized concierge services to Residence owners and their guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met with professionalism and care in a luxury residential setting.
Responsibilities
Greet and acknowledge Residence owners and guests warmly, anticipating their service needs and expressing genuine appreciation
Respond promptly to requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning by coordinating with appropriate providers
Address unique or special requests from Residence owners and guests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Collect, summarize, and communicate information about the property and local amenities, including special events and activities, to Residence owners and guests
Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns, and liaise with relevant departments (e.g., Engineering, Housekeeping) to resolve issues efficiently
Assist Residence owners with reservation services and elevator scheduling for move-in/out activities
Perform Lobby Ambassador duties to maintain a welcoming and professional lobby environment
Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management and complete required safety training and certifications
Follow company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets
Communicate clearly and professionally in person, in writing, and on the telephone using appropriate etiquette
Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, support team goals, and respond constructively to colleagues’ concerns
Comply with quality assurance standards to uphold The Ritz-Carlton’s service excellence
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts as required
Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned to support operational needs
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a concierge or guest services role, preferably in a luxury hotel or residential setting
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with high-net-worth individuals
Knowledge of the local area’s dining, entertainment, and cultural offerings
Proficiency in using technology and software to manage service requests and maintain records
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Punctuality, reliability, attention to detail, and professional grooming
Willingness to work a 5-day work week including weekends and public holidays
Flexibility to work rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, and nights
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Previous experience in a similar concierge or guest services role is an advantage
Passion for delivering personalized, anticipatory service and creating memorable experiences
