Job Description

• Working closely other team which involve nurses, allied health professionals
• Ensure timely delivery of patient care duties
• Perform diagnosis and prescribing of medication according to patient conditions
• Ensure timely follow up with patients conditions and perform return visits when required
• Ensure up to date clinical knowledge
• Participate in outreach and health promotion program
• Other duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Recognized medical degree by Singapore Medical Council
• Full Registration with Singapore Medical Council
