Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and service-driven Captain to lead the front-of-house team and ensure smooth restaurant operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the service team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and dining experience.
• Coordinate table assignments and staff deployment.
• Assist in training and guiding junior service staff.
• Handle customer feedback professionally.
• Ensure service standards are consistently maintained.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or F&B supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• 5-day work week.
• Day Shift:10:30am – 7:30pm.
• Night Shift: 3:00pm/4:00pm – Closing.

Working Location: Orchard
