Job Description:
- Supervising day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Managing staff schedules and assignments
- Recruit, train and motivate staffs member
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback
- Ensure that all employees follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Ensure that the restaurant is clean and meets all health and safety standards
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring expenses
- Minimizing waste and ensuring proper stock rotation
- Work closely with the management team to ensure that the restaurant is profitable
- Ensuring excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns
- Maintaining a welcoming and customer-friendly atmosphere in the restaurant
- Handling cash transactions (Supplier) and overseeing financial reporting
- Prepare drink items according to recipes.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information (Kiosk)
- Addressing and resolving operational issues promptly
- Implementing corrective actions to improve performance
- Work with the Marketing Department to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Direct Manager.
Requirements
- Nitec and above education level; or its equivalent education level
- Minimum 3 year of experience in similar position
- Possess hygiene certificate (preferred, but not required)
- Able to understand and converse in mandarin and/or English
- Customer service oriented individual
- Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges related to staffing, customer service, and other aspects of restaurant management
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Strong leadership and management abilities to lead and motivate a diverse team of staff
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach to work effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other restaurant personnel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
