Restaurant Manager (Up to $4.5k)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of an assigned F&B outlet to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support recruitment, training, development, and shift scheduling of outlet staff
• Maintain high standards of customer service and service quality
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
• Resolve customer feedback and operational issues in a timely manner
• Prepare and submit operational reports to head office
• Support multi-outlet operations and assist with new store openings as the business expands

Requirements

• Experience in the F&B industry 
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends & PH
• Experience as an Outlet Supervisor/Manager, or similar role
• Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 3 certification is an added advantage (required to obtain after joining if not certified)
• Experience in staff management is an added advantage
