Responsibilities
• Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanour • Provide efficient and excellent service to guests • Learn and take directions from supervisors • Execute customer interactions, seating arrangements, menu recommendation/upselling, order taking/fulfilment, and guests' needs • Maintain high-quality food preparation/handling and hygiene standards • Assist and support other team members • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Requirements
• At least one year of restaurant serving experience • Flexible schedule including shifts, weekends, and public holidays • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and tech savvy
