Job Title: Restaurant Server

Reports to: Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

An Individual candidate that has a friendly, attentive, and skilled Restaurant Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for our customers. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner

- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods

- Manage tables efficiently, ensuring prompt service and minimizing delays

- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following company policies

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards

- Participate in pre-shift and post-shift duties, including side work and team meetings

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of restaurant serving experience (optional)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease

- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

- High school diploma or equivalent required
