Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Serve food and drinks according to the restaurant's service standards.
Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing attentive and efficient service.
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve basic concerns courteously.
Prepare tables before service and clear tables promptly after guests have finished dining.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and work areas.
Process bills and handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately.
Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and setting up the restaurant.
No experience is required; training will be provided. Candidates with F&B experience will have an added advantage.
Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
6-day work week
12-hour shifts (including meal and rest breaks, in accordance with company policy)
