Waiter / Waitress

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.

• Serve food and drinks according to the restaurant's service standards.

• Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing attentive and efficient service.

• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve basic concerns courteously.

• Prepare tables before service and clear tables promptly after guests have finished dining.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and work areas.

• Process bills and handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately.

• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and setting up the restaurant.

Job Requirements

• No experience is required; training will be provided. Candidates with F&B experience will have an added advantage.

• Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.

Working Hours

• 6-day work week

• 12-hour shifts (including meal and rest breaks, in accordance with company policy)
