Profile:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The Retail Sales Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the retail store while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in mobile and electronic devices.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for day-to-day retail operations.
• Deliver high-quality standards of service to customers.
• Proactively engage and attend to walk-in customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide after-sales support, including assistance with phone repair-related matters.
• Perform cashiering duties.
• Receive, process, and organize incoming goods/deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product displays in the store.
• Support the team with ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Customer service-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
• Possesses a professional and cheerful attitude
• Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality
• Passion for mobile and electronic devices will be highly advantageous
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Mandarin speaking would be a plus
• Entry-level, no experience needed
• 6 off days a month
