Job Description - Retail Assistant / Admin (E-Commerce)

Job Summary

You will support daily retail operations by assisting customers, managing inventory, processing online orders, and handling customer communications to ensure smooth store and e-commerce functions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers in-store to meet their needs effectively
  • Operate the cashier system accurately to complete sales transactions and manage daily retail operations
  • Process and fulfill online orders from e-commerce platforms to ensure timely delivery
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records and support store operations
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone to resolve issues and provide information
  • Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, replenishing products, and arranging product displays to optimize sales
  • Pack and prepare online orders carefully to ensure correct and quality delivery to customers
  • Support daily operational tasks as needed to maintain smooth store functioning
