Job Description - Retail Assistant (Full Time VivoCity)

DETAILS:

Workdays: 5 days (Includes 2 weekends)
Working hours: 10:30am to 9:30pm, includes 2 hour break
Location: VivoCity
Salary Range: $2,000 to $3,000
Staff Benefits: Performance bonus, annual leave, child care leave and medical benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides excellent customer service
Works as retail assistant such as cashiering and answering customer queries
Requires to perform simple cleaning of strollers, car seats and other baby gear when necessary
Ensures safety and cleanliness of store
Represents brand through proper conduct and pleasant appearance
Receives deliveries and prepares for collections
Handles POS and cashiering activities

REQUIREMENTS:

Retail/Customer service experience is required
Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent customer service and results-oriented
Willing to work mall hours
Honest and eager to learn
