RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER

Sales & Performance: Assist in setting and achieving store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion and average transaction value.

Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule sales associates. Foster a motivated team environment and lead by example in customer service.

Operations & Inventory: Manage stock levels, oversee deliveries, and facilitate inventory counts. Ensure the store is organized, secure, and visually merchandised according to company standards.

Customer Service: Handle complex customer complaints, process refunds, and ensure premium service standards are consistently met.

Store Administration: Execute opening and closing procedures, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate daily sales records.
