Job Description

Our client is an established premium garment care company serving luxury brands and high-net-worth clientele across Singapore.

We are seeking confident and service-oriented Retail Client Service Executives to support front-line retail operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium retail environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, luxury retail service, and professional retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Retail Operations

• Assist customers with garment drop-off and collection
• Provide professional advice on luxury garment care services
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
• Manage bookings, customer enquiries, and service requests
• Ensure proper handling and coordination of high-value garments
• Maintain professional retail presentation and service standards
• Manage solo shift operations confidently when required

Requirements

• Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with premium clientele
• Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, or luxury service experience is advantageous
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates
