Job Responsibilities:
∙ Ensuring smooth store operations and management
∙ Achieving store sales goals
∙ Motivating and driving the sales team to achieve their individual and store KPIs
∙ Identifying and implementing new initiatives to improve service standards and sales
∙ Providing training and coaching on product and customer services to the sales team
∙ Handling customer enquiries and complaints
∙ Managing all store operational activities (Cash protection, loss prevention, inventory, manpower)
∙ Encouraging a positive team environment among associates
∙ Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandisingstandards
∙ Providing daily operational reports to management
∙ Ensuring proper inventory management
Job Requirements:
∙ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
∙ Possess excellent organising and leadership skill
∙ Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
∙ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
∙ Willingness to work long hours when required
