Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Manager (F&B). The Retail Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of the retail outlet, overseeing customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the team, and driving sales.

Job Scope

What you will do on a day-to-day basis but not limited to:

• Responsible for ordering of goods and supplies, receiving and checking of inventory of goods and supplies
• Cashiering
• Stock taking and inventory
• Assist with administrative matters including handling customer enquiries via email, phone,and ensuring smooth and seamless pre and post-sales customer service.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving order processing and fulfilment-related issues.
• Ensure the smooth operation and efficient manning scheduling of the outlet.
• Ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction and excellent customer service, especially service recovery.
• Responsible for recording daily sales report

• Experience in team management and motivation
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets
• Experience in the F&B industry preferred
• Possesses Food Hygiene Cert Level 1
