• Digital Sales Management: Plan and implement strategies to boost sales through company websites, social media, and e-commerce channels, while ensuring efficient order processing and online transactions.
• Customer Engagement & Service: Handle both online and offline customer interactions, provide product recommendations, oversee delivery/installation, prepare invoices, manage collections, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Teamwork & Operations: Collaborate closely with internal teams, update and maintain accurate records, manage courier arrangements, prepare quotations, and support initiatives to capture customer reviews and feedback.
