Retail Supervisor Changi Airport up to 3.7k Rotating Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team, offering coaching and performance management.
• Resolve disputes through effective communication and necessary disciplinary actions.
• Conduct regular briefings to ensure adherence to regulations and company SOPs.
• handle escalated customer complaints with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Manage staff deployment to ensure adequate coverage while complying with labor laws.
• Set sales targets and create strategies to boost sales performance.
• Monitor consumer trends and analyze sales data for revenue growth opportunities.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demands.
• Conduct inventory audits to minimize discrepancies and ensure accurate records.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary & Remuneration:

• Retail Supervisor Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500 (dep. on exp)
• Retail Supervisor Trainee Basic Salary: $2700
• + $200 meal allowance
• + $55 grooming allowance
• + OT payable 1.5X after official working hours

Job Requirements:

• Only open to Singaporean.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Proven sales record in a leadership role is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage for assisting international travelers.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

More info:

• Rostered 5 days a week, including weekends.
• 9.5-hour shifts with a 1-hour break.
• Earliest shift starts 6am, Latest ends 1am (transport provided)
