Retails Assistant/Supervisor

Job Description:

• To achieve or exceed team and individual sales plan by utilising strategic selling skills to assist customers with purchase
• Provide premium customer service, product knowledge and expertise to customers
• Assist in maintaining accurate daily/monthly sales reports
• Engage in operational tasks daily

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience
• Excellent communication skills, customer service skills

Other Details:

• 44 Hours per week, 8 or 9 hours work per day (Between 10.30am to 10.30pm)
• Rotating Weekends and public holidays needed
• 1 month off 6 days of which 2 days are during weekends
• Monthly Commission and Incentives entitlement\
