Enoch Surfaces Pte. Ltd. is a growing supplier of premium SPC flooring and wall panel solutions in Singapore.

We’re looking for a positive and motivated individual to join our growing team. No flooring experience is required—comprehensive product training will be provided.

This is an office-based indoor sales role where the company provides customer enquiries and leads. No cold calling or door-to-door sales are required.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook and other online platforms.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable flooring and wall panel products.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices using the company’s computer system.
• Follow up on enquiries and guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Coordinate with our appointed installation partners after customers confirm their purchases.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the company’s system.
• Learn our product range and provide professional product recommendations.
• Work closely with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience will have an advantage.
• Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software systems.
• Able to type and communicate confidently through WhatsApp, email and phone calls.
• Friendly, patient and professional in communicating with customers.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and take initiative.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• No minimum educational qualification required.

• Basic salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500 (commensurate with experience)
