Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking passionate sales individuals to promote and sell fast-moving popular food products such as snacks, chips, biscuits, sweets, and chocolates. You will manage customer orders, build relationships, and support marketing efforts to grow our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations and reports using Microsoft Excel and Word to support sales activities
• Learn and manage a wide variety of company products to provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty
• Handle physical tasks such as stock picking when required to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Manage customer orders and respond promptly to inquiries via email, text, and phone calls
• Promote and recommend products effectively to meet customer needs and increase sales
• Visit customer businesses to deliver quality sales service and strengthen client engagement
• Apply knowledge of product pricing and margins to propose competitive quotations
• Meet monthly sales KPIs and provide constructive market feedback to improve sales strategies
• Contribute marketing ideas to increase the company’s market presence and brand awareness

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 2B, 2A, or 2 motorbike license to support customer visits and deliveries

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Fluent and proficient in English to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues (job-related for customer interaction and reporting)
