SALES AND OPERATION MANAGER

1. Assist director to supervise daily operation and activity for waste management services and construction works

2. Liase with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects

3. Assist director to develop and improve KPI’s

4. Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.

5. Leads and manages a sales team.
6) Prioritizing sales targets, developing strategies, and cultivating customer relationships, while also overseeing team performance and training.

7. To participate in sales negotiations and assist their team in closing deals to meet revenue targets and maximize profitability.

8. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.

9. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
