About Us

Dermacare Aesthetic Medical is a Singapore-based aesthetic practice delivering medically-led, results-driven treatments in a premium, client-first environment. As we grow, we're looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to drive revenue while running the day-to-day operations that keep the clinic performing at its best.

The Role

This is a dual-mandate role: you'll own the clinic's commercial performance and its operational backbone. You'll lead the consultation team, hit revenue targets, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly — from scheduling and inventory to compliance and client experience.

What You'll Do

Sales

• Lead, coach and motivate the consultant team to hit individual and clinic revenue targets
• Conduct and oversee client consultations, recommending treatment packages aligned with clinical advice
• Drive performance through KPIs, pipeline management and conversion tracking
• Build trust-based client relationships to maximise retention, referrals and lifetime value

Operations

• Oversee daily clinic operations — appointment scheduling, workflow and resource planning
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships and procurement of products and consumables
• Ensure compliance with MOH/relevant regulatory and clinical governance standards
• Handle staff rostering, onboarding support and team coordination across consultants, therapists and front desk
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, client journey and service standards
• Oversee POS, payment processing and basic financial/operational reporting

What We're Looking For

• 4–6+ years of experience spanning sales and operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Background in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, healthcare or luxury services strongly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and running smooth operations
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling ability
• Comfortable juggling commercial and operational priorities in a fast-paced clinic
• Familiarity with Singapore healthcare/aesthetic regulatory requirements is a plus
