Job Description - Sales Associate (Home Audio, Retail)

Provide professional advice to customers on audio equipment selection.
Guide customers through product features and benefits to meet their needs.
Maintain and update visual merchandising displays to enhance store aesthetics.
Assist fellow team members during busy periods or with technical inquiries.

Requirements:

GCE “N” Level and above.
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a related field.
Possesses a deep enthusiasm for music and the audio-visual industry, driven by a genuine passion and interest.
