Job Description - Sales / Co Load Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

-You will be responsible for delivering expected sales revenue target and profitability. 

-Your responsibilities include, account management, developing in-depth market knowledge; generate new sales leads, contract negotiation and sales closure.

-Actively promote our services and solutions in accordance to business plan. The focus is on Air, Ocean, Warehouse services and Co load sales.

-Check prices of goods routes, space, ask for freetime for shipments.

-Go off with other co-workers to buy/ sell available space / booking from airline and carrier.

-Undertake sales presentations to present the company and its services. 

-Attend to customers feedback/ complaints, and follow up with after sales service. 

-Act as the customers' main point of contact, by liaising closely with the relevant departments to ensure that -their queries, problems, or issues are deal with appropriately. 

-Assist & provide consistent follow-ups with existing & in house customers to ensure that company quality service standards are maintained.

-Handling in house customer’s enquiry & requirements as and when required.

-Submission of Daily Report, Sales Report & Sales Plan.

-Supporting periodic KPI reports.

-Required to do Quotation and administrative work as and when required.

-Engage and involve with all company activities and implementation. 

-Travelling as and when required for overseas business trips and events.

-Any other ad hoc basis work on administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

-Preferably minimum of 2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding or equivalent.

-Possesses strong communication and good presentation skills 

-Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment on own initiative with minimal supervision 

-A strong player who is customer oriented, goal-oriented, highly motivated, responsible, strong leader, --meticulous, good negotiation skills, and drive to succeed 

-Hunt and secure NEW ACCOUNT 

-Strong in sales generation and payment collection.
