Sales Consultant (Beauty & TCM wellness)

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

• Providing professional consultation and recommendations to clients based on their needs
• Sales-pitching promotions and products/services to both walk-in clients and existing clients.
• Client relationship management and representing a good image of the company.
• Delivering various treatments in a safe and comfortable manner
• Uphold personal and workplace hygiene standards and safety regulations
• Performing general duties such as managing treatment documentation, client records and inventory.

• Resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in Beauty/TCM/Spa or related industries
