Sales Consultant (Spa/Hair/Aesthetics)

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the sales and revenue growth of our clinic's services and products. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will work closely with them to understand their needs and recommend the most appropriate treatments and products to achieve their desired results.

Major Job Scope:

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales and repeat business
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable treatments and products
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management
• Work closely with the clinic's team to ensure clients receive the best treatment recommendations and advice
• Manage and update the clinic's customer database and ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date
• Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase the clinic's customer base and revenue
• Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards

Requirements:

• Sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of the beauty and aesthetics industry is an advantage
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
