Job Summary

Support the Sales Team by processing orders, expediting deliveries, managing inventory, and ensuring timely payments to achieve on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately using the ERP system to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor open orders daily, identify delayed deliveries, and expedite resolution to maintain delivery schedules
• Collaborate with sales to manage buffer inventory and consignment stock to optimize stock availability
• Analyze weekly reschedule requests and respond promptly to support sales planning
• Prepare and submit monthly operational reports to management for performance tracking
• Monitor accounts receivables and follow up to ensure punctual customer payments

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum O levels qualification
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP software usage
• At least 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in the electronics industry
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with sales and customers
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and reporting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Prior working experience in distributor of electronic components

Other Information

Compensation:

• Monthly salary range: $3,400 to $3,800
• Additional 13th month bonus and incentive bonuses
