Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Shipbuilding)
• Position Title: Sales Coordinator
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus + OT
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide daily quotes.
• Handle sales-related tasks like checking product availability and planning delivery times.
• Create sales documents such as quotes, orders, and delivery slips.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers about jobs before and after completion.
• Work with team to achieve the sales department’s goals.
• Facilitate communication between customers and suppliers for all issues.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
• Support sales team with their day-to-day work and any admin tasks.

• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good customer service skills
