We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the steel processing and ducting manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within industrial or manufacturing environments, with added knowledge of hardware products and applications. This role requires strong client engagement, technical understanding, and the ability to drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in steel processing, ducting, and hardware-related markets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Technical Sales: Provide product knowledge and technical support, particularly in hardware applications, to meet client requirements.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through effective planning and execution.
Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with production, purchasing, and engineering teams to align customer requirements with operational capabilities.
Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in manufacturing, steel processing, ducting, or hardware industries.
Strong knowledge of hardware products and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Candidate with own motorbike or transport will be preferred for client visits.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
Basic Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
Commission: Attractive commission structure tied to sales performance.
Transport allowance may be considered.
