Job Summary

Lead strategic business development and sales initiatives to expand Allied Food’s customer base, drive revenue growth, and strengthen long-term client partnerships in the F&B sector, focusing on bulk and prepack flour and sugar products.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base and strengthen the company’s market presence
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and partnering effectively
  • Identify emerging markets and monitor market shifts, new products, and competitor activities to inform business strategies
  • Manage bulk flour and sugar customer accounts to foster mutually beneficial relationships
  • Drive service delivery performance for bulk and prepack flour and sugar customers by coordinating with relevant teams
  • Execute sales and marketing initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key clients and business partners, providing expert knowledge and operational support
  • Create targeted business plans and sales/marketing strategies to meet company sales goals and profitability
  • Analyze sales strategies and plans to ensure sustainable business growth with consistent sales increases
  • Penetrate end-markets to identify unmet needs and deliver value-added solutions that increase sales revenue
  • Collaborate closely with distributors to support and enhance their sales activities
  • Analyze territory conditions and market potential in each country to focus business development efforts effectively

Required competencies and certifications

  • Native-level proficiency in spoken and written Korean to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Class 3 driving license and possession of a vehicle to support sales activities and client visits

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in F&B, especially in bakeries and restaurants, and B2B sales
  • Knowledge of flour and food products to provide expert advice and solutions
  • Proven track record as a sales manager with consistent achievement or exceeding of sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills to engage all organizational levels credibly
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales, exceed quotas, and build revenue successfully
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise to drive strategic decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver professional and persuasive presentations
