Responsibilities

• Develop existing ship supply business accounts and identify new sales opportunities to expand market reach
• Build and strengthen customer relationships to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Propose and execute sales strategies to promote products and grow business with current customers
• Establish frontline communication with customers to share market trends and pricing updates
• Deliver personalized customer service by managing complaints and coordinating deliveries efficiently
• Prepare and manage quotations for running orders, cruises, and tenders to support sales processes
• Collaborate with Operations and Management teams to align sales activities with business needs
• Analyze market and sales data regularly to monitor industry trends and inform sales strategies
• Support the Accounts team by following up on payments and resolving customer-related issues
• Perform additional tasks as needed to facilitate smooth business operations
