Job Summary

Sell heavy commercial trucks to corporate clients by sourcing new accounts, managing customer relationships, and facilitating sales processes to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new corporate accounts, including SMEs, MNCs, independent contractors, and fleet operators, to expand the client base
• Deliver customer service and service recovery to assigned corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Conduct follow-ups with corporate clients to maintain strong business relationships and address their needs
• Assist with preparing and submitting documentation for sales, leasing, and repair transactions to ensure compliance and smooth processing
• Facilitate test drives, vehicle orientation, and handover processes to provide clients with a seamless purchasing experience
• Leverage an established logistics or construction network to identify and engage potential customers effectively

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving license (Class 4 preferred) to operate heavy commercial trucks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with heavy commercial trucks
