Job Summary

Drive sales growth by leveraging your freight forwarding expertise and customer portfolio to secure new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships in a dynamic logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in freight forwarding and logistics sectors.
• Leverage an existing customer portfolio to generate immediate business opportunities and sustain monthly gross profit at least 2 times your monthly salary.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers, importers/exporters, manufacturers, traders, and logistics decision-makers to expand business reach.
• Secure new contracts and sales for Air Freight, Sea Freight, Cross Trade, Project Cargo, Warehousing, Distribution, and General Cargo services.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their logistics needs and negotiate terms that maximize business outcomes.
• Work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Utilize strong business development skills to identify market trends and customer needs for specialized logistics solutions.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Established customer relationships in Air & Sea Freight (Import & Export).
• Experience handling Cross Trade Shipments and Project Cargo.
• Knowledge of General Cargo, Warehousing & Distribution, and E-commerce Logistics.
• Familiarity with Contract Logistics / 3PL and Dangerous Goods (DG) Cargo handling.
