SALES EXECUTIVE(TRAVEL/AIRLINE TICKETING

Key Responsibilities

• Handle airline ticket reservations, ticket issuance, and related sales operations
• Develop and expand sales channels while maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients
• Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales service, including passenger support
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned based on business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong learning ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, patient, and a good team player with a customer-focused mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in the aviation or travel industry is an added advantage
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
