Job Description - SALES MANAGER

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in a defined geographic area.
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training and coaching to ensure their success.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
Develop and deliver presentations to prospective clients, promoting the company's products and services.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activity.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and market trends, and make recommendations for product and service improvements.
