Sales Manager

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Lead, supervise, motivate, and provide guidance to the sales team to ensure high performance.

Set individual sales targets and monitor the team’s performance regularly.

Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to secure new business.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, proposals, quotations, and sales performance updates for management.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and industry developments.

Work closely with the operations, project, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services.

Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, tenders, and customer feedback.

Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure appropriate resolution.

Develop sales plans, promotional activities, and customer retention strategies.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, contracts, and pipeline opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and approval procedures.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales revenue, pipeline status, forecasts, and market updates.

Participate in networking events, exhibitions, client visits, and business-development activities when required.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
