Develops Strategy to meet both volumes sales and maximise margin.
Implement marketing strategies to be in line with SEA CON & REF KPI.
To support with marketing initiatives and technical know-how to both direct customers and distributors.
To build strong relationship with customers & distributors in order to evangelize companies as the preferred supplier and to uphold its strong branding.
Supply Chain
Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure smooth supply at reasonable logistics cost to customers.
Provide as accurate sales forecast as possible through DMP software.
Market Intelligence
Provide MI to ESMPL in cooperation with ESP MI function Finance.
New customer request with proper credit insurance request.
Monitoring all invoices and payment performance.
Control and ensure no overdue invoices and take necessary action to ensure and minimize the risk in case of overdue invoices.
Control all cost and expenses are within budget.
Requirements
University degree, preferably in Engineering and/or Sales & Marketing or related field.
5 years’ experience in marketing & sales, preferably from cement, concrete or construction materials industry.
