1. Understand industry market landscapes and trends, stay updated on market trends and the competitive environment, providing actionable insights to adapt to the changing landscape.
2. Initiates new product ideas based on industry trends and insights.
3. Set sales targets, performance metrics for the sales team, monitoring progress and taking corrective action as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans and objectives to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
5. Monthly report on team sales performance to senior management to evaluate sales activities and strategies
6.Basic salary+ transport +commission
Requirements and Qualifications
1. Experienced in the Food Service Industries (B2B)
2. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
3. Demonstrable experience as sales manager, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
4. Proven ability to be self-motivated and team player/leader
5. Computer proficiency in MS Office, experience in data analysis
6. Good analytical and communication skills to communicate effectively to the team
