Sales Manager (ICT)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals.
2. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
3. Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
4. Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
5. Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
6. Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units.
7. Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
8. Assist other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
9. Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
10. Direct product research and development.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an IT Sales Manager or similar role.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
3. Min 5 years of IT Sales Experience in martime industry preferred.
4. Excellent communication and team management skills.
5. Min Diploma or degree in Business Administration, IT or relevant field.
