Sales / Operations Manager (Cleaning Industry)

Job Summary

We seek a motivated Sales / Operations Manager to drive client relationships, develop new business, and coordinate operations to achieve sales targets and service excellence in a growing cleaning company.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue
• Prepare and submit detailed monthly sales reports and strategic sales plans to guide business growth
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives through effective sales execution and client engagement
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs
• Coordinate and support operational activities to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid driving licence to support client visits and operational coordination

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the cleaning industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports and presentations
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence clients and close sales
• Exhibit self-motivation, proactivity, and a results-oriented approach to meet business goals
