Identify, pursue and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to meet and exceed sales targets
Prepare and deliver sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting product benefits and value propositions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM systems and including payment collections.
Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality for all accounts
Track, monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for business growth
Support the Head of Sales & Development in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, working towards swift resolution
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads
Contribute to the achievement of team and individual sales targets on a monthly and annual basis
