Job Summary

This field sales role involves building relationships with property managers and decision-makers across Singapore to present and sell CCTV and Face Recognition Door Access Systems, managing the sales process from prospecting to contract closure.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage condominiums, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, retail outlets, schools, and other establishments across Singapore to generate sales opportunities
• Present and demonstrate CCTV and Face Recognition Door Access System products to decision-makers to showcase benefits and features
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate client needs and prepare tailored proposals that address specific security requirements
• Manage the entire sales pipeline independently, from cold leads through follow-ups to signed contracts
• Follow up consistently with prospects via email, WhatsApp, and phone to advance sales discussions and close deals
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover and installation after deal closure
• Represent the company at networking events and property industry meetings to build brand presence and generate leads

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in commission-driven roles such as insurance, interior design, telecommunications, or similar fields
• Door-to-door sales experience is preferred for effective prospecting and closing
• Proven ability to independently prospect, follow up, and close sales without supervision
• Comfortable conducting site visits and delivering face-to-face presentations to clients
• Ownership mentality, treating sales targets as personal business goals
• Based in Singapore or Malaysia
