SALES SUPERVISOR

SHANGHAI TCM WELLNESS is located at Jurong west.

Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years.

We offer a huge variety of hair & beauty services as well as facial and TCM treatments.

We requires new enthusiastic candidates who are outgoing and also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

We are looking for experienced (Full-Time) position as follows:

1) Beautician

2) Beauty Consultant

3) Sales Supervisor

4) Hairstylist

Basic salary + Commission

Basic requirements:

- 6 days work week
- Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager
- Promote wide range of services and packages
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Hardworking and team cooperation
- Able to commute well with peers / a team player
- Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
- Strong negotiation and selling skills, well groomed and presentable.
- Independent and self-motivated

- must have positive attitude and willingly to take new task and learn.

- Hair services:

Experience hairstylist in cutting, coloring, rebonding, various hair treatments, design hair cut, perm and etc.
