Job Summary

Drive sales growth by managing overseas client relationships, performing sales calls, and supporting the sales team with accurate product information and order processing for Sinotron’s photocopier consumables.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls to overseas clients in Southeast Asia to generate and follow up on sales opportunities
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to provide product brochures, catalogues, and detailed information
• Maintain and update the prospective client database to ensure accurate sales tracking
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all company products and services to support client inquiries and sales efforts
• Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and pricing calculations to facilitate smooth sales transactions
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments to support sales activities as needed
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to provide full operational support and contribute to team goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or professional qualifications related to Sales or Marketing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service
• Strong sales pitching skills, particularly over the phone, to engage and persuade clients
• Enjoy engaging with people and delivering excellent customer service
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with Hong Kong and China counterparts
• Highly independent, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Availability to start work immediately or within a short notice period

• Work location: Jalan Pemimpin (walking distance from Bishan/Marymount MRT)
• Work schedule: 5-day work week; 8:30am–6:00pm (Mon–Thu), 8:30am–5:30pm (Fri)
• Salary range: $2500 - $3000
• Annual leave: 14 days
