Job Description - Sales&Pipeline Management Exec. (Sales/Marketing strategic/Freight&Logistics)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure accuracy of the overall forecast, pipeline, and baseline metrics for all revenue types and dimensions for the current and future quarters.
  • Strategically plan and forecast sales revenue, adapting to market trends and customer needs in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Actively participate in global and local sales management meetings, contributing to efficient business execution on key sales operations topics like forecasting, territory management, compensation, and business analysis.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to drive sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee territory management and operate compensation/incentive schemes to motivate and reward sales performance.
  • Engage in transformation projects, contributing to pipeline development and expansion in Asian markets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain/ Freight Forwarding or relevant fields
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales operations, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Preferred experience in multinational corporations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales pipelines and drive results in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems in sales operations and pipeline management.
