Sea Freight Staff

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct promotion and marketing of export sea-freight services
• Visit and service customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service
• Attend to sales inquiries and customers’ complaints
• Liaise closely with export operations staff and update customers on the status of export shipments
• Prepare shipment report to Sales Department/customers for surveys of damaged goods

Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of working experience in customer service and handling customers’ accounts
• Diploma in business administration or equivalent
• Good command of both written and verbal communication in English
• Good knowledge of shipping procedures
• High proficiency in computer literate

• Knowledge of handling dangerous goods
