Senior Business Development Executive – Industrial Automation & Global Digital Markets

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international business development strategies to expand market presence in industrial automation and related sectors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and secure new business opportunities globally
• Apply technical-commercial expertise in industrial automation, semiconductor, precision engineering, machine vision, data acquisition, and marine automation to tailor solutions that meet client needs
• Lead sourcing and negotiation processes to optimize supplier partnerships and secure favorable terms for market expansion
• Analyze and integrate green initiatives, ESG trends, and carbon footprint compliance into business strategies to align with sustainability goals
• Contribute strategically to the growth and positioning of a Singapore-based technology brand in global digital marketplaces
• Operate independently to manage complex global business development challenges and deliver measurable outcomes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years of relevant experience in industrial automation and global business development
• Proven track record in international business development and client relationship management
• Strong industry networks and demonstrable achievements in technical-commercial roles
• Familiarity with digital marketing and global online marketplaces
