Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to company standards.
• Support daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food preparation during service.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory and minimise food wastage.
• Assist in recipe development and menu improvements.
• Support supplier coordination and stock replenishment.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff where applicable.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant kitchen experience.
• Experience in fast food, quick-service restaurants (QSR), cafés, or high-volume kitchens is preferred.
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen operations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player.

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
• 44 hours per week
• Approximately 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rostered)
• Rest days subject to operational requirements.
