Roles & Responsibilities

·               Ensurethe quality of all the dishes adhere to company’s standard

·               Liaisewith other department for the maintenance of kitchen equipment

·               Supervisekitchen operations and ensure smooth flow of food

·               Increaseprofit and reduce expenditure and control cost

·               Familiarisewith the menu

·               Createnew dishes

·               Conductchecks before operation starts

·               Managethe department and conduct briefings

·               Handledismissal, termination and resignation

·               Ensurethe departments follow the 5S and HACCP requirements

·               Toperform any other duties assigned by superior

Requirements

·               Atleast 6 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine

·               Experiencein managing staff

·               Specializein Chinese cuisine and in-depth knowledge in nutritional cooking

·               Execellenttime management and able to multi-task

·               Goodleadership and organizational skills
